By accessing, registering on, or using the 8jljl online gaming platform available at https://8jljl.net (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account. 8jljl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on 8jljl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is strictly enforced in accordance with the PAGCOR regulatory framework governing casino-style online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 8jljl, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion program.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid government-issued identification document.

8jljl reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, or source of funds at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 8jljl Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date at all times.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 8jljl support immediately. 8jljl will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 8jljl reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts or to close them after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address.

All financial transactions on the 8jljl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability:

• GCash and PayMaya (GrabPay) e-wallets
• BDO Unibank, BPI, and Metrobank online banking transfers
• Other payment channels as may be added or removed from time to time

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 8jljl wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. 8jljl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 8jljl account. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of request. 8jljl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

Bonus Funds: Where bonus funds have been credited to your account, withdrawal of such funds may be subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately within your wallet.

All bets and wagers placed on the 8jljl Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are displayed within each game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bets are final once confirmed. 8jljl does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, 8jljl reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant accounts.
• For live sports betting markets, 8jljl reserves the right to suspend or close markets at any time without prior notice.
• Winnings are credited to your 8jljl wallet immediately upon settlement of the relevant game or event.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed within the relevant game interface.

8jljl offers a range of game categories including sports betting (PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, ice hockey, and more), live casino, fishing games, crash titles, and card games. Each category is governed by its own specific rules in addition to these general Terms.

From time to time, 8jljl may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, or other incentives to registered users. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. The following general principles apply to all 8jljl promotions:

• Bonuses are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• 8jljl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account termination.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or payment method.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8jljl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems

All content on the 8jljl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, and video, is the exclusive property of 8jljl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 8jljl.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8jljl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical errors, system outages, or connectivity issues
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

8jljl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8jljl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Your use of the 8jljl Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. 8jljl is not obligated to return funds where termination results from a breach of these Terms involving fraud or prohibited activity.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 8jljl from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
